This renovation project entailed a complete visual upgrade of a 1980s era commercial storefront, with associated thermal performance improvements.  The length of the building and its stepped nature informed the aesthetics of the intervention.

Systemic’s design emphasized the horizontal and repeating nature of the primary façade.  A pre-insulated metal system was used in a panelized manner to create a series of cellular divisions, accented by a white and orange colour scheme.
