The Ralph’s Motorsports project was a new build scenario on bare land north of Airdrie, Alberta.  Ralph’s had existed previously in an undersized multi-tenant building in north Calgary.  This project represented a generational shift in Ralph’s business model to a new standalone and purpose-designed building with high visibility off of Highway 2.

The resulting building is divided between sales and service functions.  8 service bays are featured in the shop area, while the sales portion houses a display level, offices, lunchroom and associated functions.  The building shell was executed as a pre-engineered building.  Simple in form, it is accentuated by marketing graphics and signage that are visible from the highway.
