He holds a Diploma of Architectural Technology from Algonquin College of Applied Arts & Technology and has earned professional accreditation with the Association of Architectural Technologists of Ontario.
Adam’s experience bridges between preparation of drawings and participation in the construction trades. He spent several years in Ottawa as a construction tradesman and estimator. The work he did during this period has given him a high degree of knowledge about the constructibility of buildings, and building detailing.
After taking away all that could be applied from trades to the design profession, Adam’s career evolved through participation in a number of notable Ontario firms. During this time Adam ran a successful design consultancy working with Architecture, Engineering and Construction firms as well as real estate developers and private home owners.
Keenly interested in both AutoCAD and REVIT, Adam is highly proficient within these design software applications. A lifelong learner, he continually advances himself academically and aims to complete Autodesk REVIT Certification as well as the Certified Contract Administrator designation through Construction Specifications Canada. Adam’s background includes familiarity with an array of construction systems & techniques. He is able to convey his knowledge into drawing format in a clear and concise way.
Adam demonstrates the ability to apply his experience in a thoughtful manner to a variety of project types. Systemic’s clients appreciate his methodical approach, calm demeanour and attention to fine detail.
