Blake was born and raised in northern Manitoba in the heart of the boreal forest. He relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba to attend Red River College for Business Administration before relocating to Calgary, Alberta.

Blake worked in the non-profit human service field for over 20 years, most recently supporting families experiencing homelessness. Following this period, Blake made a career change to pursue his passion for architecture by starting the Architectural Technologies program at S.A.I.T. 

 

Blake graduated with honours in 2021 by completing an accelerated Architectural Technologies program. Blake is fluent in Revit, AutoCAD, and various rendering programs.  Blake has a passion for creating an accessible human-centered architecture.

Blake enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and discovering new places on his leisure time.
