Multi-Family Residential
Systemic Architecture designs mid-rise multi-family housing, and our core bandwidth is four to six storeys, 100 to 500 units per site.
At this scale at the unit mix, parking, building code and pro forma all have to be resolved together during the earliest stages of the project. Getting the massing wrong is expensive to discover later in the day. We have worked in Calgary's multi-residential districts since 2013, from M-C1 and M-C2 contextual sites through to higher-density designations.
